Technology
Diagnosis and treatment of disease is challenging because physiological markers fluctuate with a person’s daily rhythms.
Existing tests struggle to separate healthy levels from disease. Blood, urine and saliva samples provide single datapoints, which do not show the pattern of change in biological markers (e.g., hormones, pharmaceutical agents).
Dyn Tx sell the U-RHTYHM system:
- U-RHYTHM is a wearable, minimally invasive portable collection device that extracts and stores interstitial fluid biomarkers without interfering with a patient’s daily activities & sleep.
- Samples are analysed to create a 24hr U-RHYTHM biomarker profile.
A U-RHYTHM profile test saves time, money and resources, transforming outcomes for patients and health systems.
It is currently used as a research tool by the clinical research community.
It will be released as a clinical diagnostic aid in 2027/2028 to help diagnose and manage hormonal conditions e.g., our primary markets, Primary Aldosteronism, Cushing’s disease and Addison’s disease.
Primary Aldosteronism potentially effects up to 30% of hypertensives who are appropriately screened.
