The current portfolio comprises over 1.5 million sq ft of committed projects in key strategic locations within Oxford, Cambridge and Bristol.
Projekt is 115,000 sq ft of lab, office and collaboration space in the centre of Bristol’s innovation district. The scheme has large lateral floor plates designed to accommodate a broad range of innovation uses and specifications as well as company sizes, supporting the growth of the South West innovation ecosystem.
